How much do your services cost?
Our customers generally pay from 7 to 14 cents per line, depending on their unique situation. Setup is free with no hidden fees, and there are no monthly minimums or retainers. We keep it simple charging per line based on a 65 character line. As an added bonus, electronic signatures, templates, and formatting are also included absolutely free of charge. We do not require a contract, and you have the option to pay by check or credit card.

How are the dictations submitted?
Transcription Outsourcing, LLC’s dictations are submitted via our toll-free phone number, fully programmable into your phone system’s quick dial button. Just dial in your id number and start the dictation. If you prefer, you may also choose to use a digital recorder and automatically upload the information to us. We encourage you to use your 'canned phrases' or 'normals' to help simplify the dictation process.

How is the dictation processed?
As soon as we receive the dictation, your personal pre-assigned transcriptionist will complete the transcription. It is then edited for quality assurance (QA) by two experienced editors and then uploaded to your Inbox for retrieval.

How do I retrieve my dictations?
Retrieving your dictations is simple with our secure, HIPAA-Compliant, state-of-the-art, Microsoft-based, software. Just log in to our web site at www.transcriptionoutsourcing.net, type in your user id and password, and you will be able to view and retrieve all of your dictations. You have the option to edit and approve the dictations, as well as print instantly on your letter-head, along with your digital signature. You may also download the files in any format, such as Microsoft Word, PDF, etc.

Can I choose when I get my transcriptions back?
Transcription Outsourcing, LLC has turn-around-time (TAT) options of 4, 8, 12, 24 or 48 hours. Our standard TAT is 24 hours, and we successfully assure prompt TAT every time.

How secure are my transcriptions?
All interactions between your computer and our system are highly secure and protected by our secure FTP and 128 SSL File Encryption security systems. Our secure software and transmission protocols also include network redundancy, VPN implementation, and a secure firewall.

During this trial period, we will provide you with full transcription services, including but not limited to your corporate template, e-signature and a summary of your account.
